"This branch of Jollibee is along Meralco Avenue but to access the drive thru, you have to go to Sapphire Road to access the entrance. The markers are well lit and the drive thru itself was very spacious (unlike other drive thrus). The service was quick. Good job Jollibee Ortigas Parklane."

"Nov 2024 Sole street level Jollibee outlet within the busy Ortigas Central Business District located along the busy Meralco Ave. The food is standard to most branches but is usually busy during working peak hours for office workers and call center employees. They do have a drive through counter as well. Service is quick and standard to this global brand. Area is a bit tight and the layout is narrow as the outlet is to cater quick dine ins and takeouts or drive home."
